1986     Catalyzed  the membership of PNAT to  the National Organization of Pilipino Nurses of the United States (NOPNUS)/ Philippine Nurses Association of America ( PNAA)

1988     Co-founder and President, Best and Dependable Nursing Care & Home Health with Nancy Dimaano & Tessie Oculto. President of B & D PNCInc for 11 years, 1989-2000.

1989     Chairperson, 10th PNAA National Convention hosted by PNAT for the first time.  President was Precy Custodio; PNAA president was PI Lowery
